7/2022 The tawny emperor (Asterocampa clyton) female

Updated: Jan 10

“We’re facing the gravest crisis in the 200,000 year history of our species.

We’re looking at imminent societal collapse, the death of billions, possible extinction.

Yet our plastic consumerist lives mean most people don’t really see this as something to get worked up about.”

“Why are we still governed by baby boomers and the remarkably old?”

“"We plainly lack grounded, levelheaded, future-oriented leaders. And like it or not, that means we need a more middle-aged politics and culture." Do you agree? Do we need more Gen-Xers in politics?”

“Exceptional and record breaking heat from North Africa to Norway. Unbearably hot around the central Mediterranean especially.

Note the split in temperature in Europe with relatively cool air in the west. Intense thunderstorms can be found along the strong thermal boundary.”

History repeating itself:

“On June 23, 1812 Napoleon Bonaparte started the Russia Campaign.

Even today in Russia the French invasion is better known as the Patriotic War, a term that highlights the character that took on the Russian national and popular resistance against the foreigner.

At the end of the campaign, the French army of over 600,000 soldiers, was reduced to just over 100,000 men.

In the novel “War and Peace” inspired by the destruction of the great army by the Russians, Lev Tolstoy wrote that “All ideas that have huge consequences are always simple ideas. "

The same "simple idea" Adolf Hitler had on June 22, 1941, when you started operation Barbarossa, with the same result.

Maybe the idea of Nato, led by the USA is a little less simple, but not for this less crazy: it is a fact, however, that provoking the Russian bear has never brought luck to anyone.”

“So, Republicans want to decide what books kids can read, what math & history they can learn, which words they can use, which sports they can play, and how old they can be to marry, while telling them that the “Liberals are coming for their freedoms”?

How stupid are their voters?”

1The coming elections have been weaponized. In some areas results are already effectively predetermined. And in all cases any result between are “2” parties will result in further warfare against the non rich.

2 America’s weaponized Supreme Court is throwing it in reverse to pander to low-facts high-values voters because it’s easier for the rich & all politicians\judges to get richer the greater the collusion they can muster

3 Voter disenfranchisement and our political party(ies) monopoly on candidacy our are two ways our elections have been weaponized against us, the 99%. Democrats and Republicans should not be allowed to participate in any further elections.

4 America is ran by unelected sociopaths and their elected and appointed sycophants all of whom continue to take actions knowing full well it will result in the death & suffering of the non-rich, the alienated, and the voiceless. It ends now

5 Supreme Court’s Grift for the Rich lacks consistency: they ban abortion ostensibly to respect life but then gut EPA, OSHA, and other rule makers making it ok to poison and kill the people. Our judiciary is about securing wealth & power for the rich

6 Biden’s Gun Violence Bill: signing fluffy, lip-service, half-measures correctly feeds cynicism of government. Either put American society before you and your rich ”friends” before craven lust for money & power or get th fuck out of govt

7 No one is mentioning the need for people to get underground to take advantage of naturally cooler temperatures instead of increasing dependence$ on climate change contributing air conditioning

The methane being released from the sea floor forms “clouds” over the area it was released. These masses or “clouds” of methane act like large magnifying lens that concentrate the sun’s heat. The sea bed under the heated water responds by releasing more methane and the feedback loop goes exponential. When scientists talk about out the eventuality of the oceans boiling off they aren’t just giving voice to a wild theories. We could easily see sea water boiling in this century.
