Just like the United States. The war, in addition to sovereign security issues, has a slew of agendas it’s serving, on both sides. But after all, that’s what modern war is for, power and wealth. The only time in modern history that war was for defense, 9/11, America knowingly attacked the wrong country Iraq and not Saudi Arabia.
What’s more, every country has plans for waring against every other country. What makes America a unique threat is that it also has plans, that they continually pursue, on how to bring those hypothetical wars into reality.
