America's Fascist Dictatorship is still on tract for a dissolution of the last remnants of our Democracy,....well,... any day now if not already. But like green house gases it will take a while for the legal coup and overthrow to fully express itself. But a Republican president - regardless of so called "election results' - would chinch it but probably isn't required.
And yes, at the center of it is a US Supreme Court dominated by Donald Trump' and Leonard Leo's illegitimate appointments. And true to this form, is Trump, a ex occupant of the White House, who is now being charged with defrauding America.
And who owns the Supreme Court? None other than America's unelected President Charles Koch. Can't vote him out.
Biden and the Democrats are letting it happen by, at the very least, by not informing people and generating public opposition.
