“Ok. So here is a new modeling feature they recently put up on Climate Analyzer. It is called the "Environmental Change Model". These are two different pictures. I made the settings for the Arctic to see Temperature; I wanted to see the change between T=1C and T=2C on the chart. I instantly noticed some things.
1) For the future projections, Climate Analyzer **only has RCP 8.5 available**. That feature is not changeable. And I checked the notes; they have code notes for **ALL** the RCPs. I think thats bad. That means that Climate Analyzer themselves believe that our ONLY direction is aligning with RCP 8.5 .
2) When you click on T=1, it says...
"IPCC RCP 8.5 2025"
What this tells me? Climate Analyzer sees us as being at RCP 8.5 in 2025.
3) At T=1, the Arctic is pretty much **ICE FREE**. See it for yourself.
4) None of this is good. At all.
