They mean “socialism for the nonrich”. The Rich are welcome to feed at will. They are laying the groundwork to cut Social Security and Medicare. Remember, Social Security is not a benefit – it was deducted from your paycheck and now they don’t want to give back – it’s theft. They only provided a custody function for what was YOUR money.
Dems\Reps Anti Socialism for the Nonrich: now that the system is rigged they want to lock it in (permanently alienating the nonrich from being served by govt) and push for a permanent working class (aided by destroying schools)

America is a mixed economy, as are most other economies in the world. Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid can be considered "Socialist" programs. So can our interstate highway system.
Even these House Demwits (see Illinois Roll Call in comments) aren't stupid enough to believe in the "horrors of socialism"...but they think we're either too stupid or aren't paying attention.
