It’s likely all he has to do is get on the ballot even if he doesn’t have any chance in hell of becoming president because the Supreme Court can then use their Independent State Legislator Theory to allow him to win the election by having Republican state governments cast their state’s votes for him. Democrats know this and are doing nothing to stop it from happening
