Despite luxury bunkers, the current fascist cabal will not survive to repopulate the surface. They are going to find out that it is extremely difficult, to the point of impossible, to control even so much as a partial death of a planet. Not to mention most emphatically impossible to live long enough to be able to re-inhabit a surface that supports life - even if you nuke the surface in a bid to cool it.
Your bunker is your crypt. And just like in ancient Egypt, your preparing for an afterlife that will never come. Bunkers will serve as historical monuments to the names of those whose thrived on death an destruction.
